Summary: Javen Technologies is seeking a OneStream Administrator for a fully remote position based in Columbus, IN. The role involves ongoing maintenance and support of existing applications, particularly focusing on Master Data Management and end-user support during month-end close. Key Responsibilities:
- Ongoing maintenance and support of existing applications.
- Master Data Management, including changes to dimensions such as adding, deleting, or modifying entities, accounts, departments, customers, products, and periods.
- Providing end-user support during month-end close for data input, processing, or analysis issues.
- Assisting with monthly maintenance to migrate data between categories.
- Maintaining and improving performance of reports, dashboards, quick views, cube views, processes/workflows, and business rules.
Key Skills:
- 2 to 5 years of experience with multi-applications (FP&A, Consolidations, FCM) in OneStream.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Experience in Master Data Management.
- Strong problem-solving skills for end-user support.

Required Skills:
Ongoing Maintenance/Support of Existing Applications
- Master Data Management helping with any changes that may be required to be made to existing dimensions such as adding, deleting, modifying any of the following:
o Entity, account, department, customer, product, period, etc.
- Providing end user support during month end close if they run into any issues with either inputting, processing or analyzing data within the application
- Assisting with the monthly required maintenance to migrate data between categories (such as moving monthly actuals into forecast, moving current forecast to prior forecast, etc.)
- Providing any maintenance that may be required to either fix or improve on the performance of any of the following:
o Reports, dashboards, quick views, cube views, process/workflows, business rules
They will be maintaining OneStream
2 5 years experience multi applications (fp&a, Consolidation s, FCM) in onestream
Can work well under pressure
