In this key role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for all new hires.We have a full time, permanent position within our team which is remote with occasional travel (expenses paid).Closing Date 26th January 2025Interviews will be held W/C 27th January 2025In This Fast Pace Role You WillCreate a Seamless Experience: From application to onboarding, ensure every new hire feels valued and supported.Embrace Innovation: Help us streamline our recruitment process and contribute to an exciting period of transformation.Embrace Flexibility: Enjoy a remote work environment with occasional travel to connect with our team (expenses paid)The Ideal Candidate IsKnowledgeable in recruitment and/or onboarding within education and/or social care: Experience in either sector or equivalent, along with understanding of regulated environments and safer recruitment processesAn on boarding expert: You have good knowledge of onboarding processes in social care from writing contracts and offer letters to obtaining references and requesting DBS checksConfident with compliance: You are confident in employment law and ensure all recruitment practices and processes comply. You understand right to work documentation and are able to confidently advise our new hires on what they need to provide to us.Familiar with using HR systems, including inputting data accurately and validation of data.
