Job Description: Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain, monitor and update OnBase configurations, including integration creation and support
- Troubleshoot issues within the environment
- Prioritize and plan work activities and set goals and objectives
- Conduct daily Event Viewer analysis, identify and characterize incidents, generate incident reports, and investigate suspicious activity
- Perform system analysis, design, construct and test infrastructure
- Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Create process documentation for internal use
- Participate in meetings, support strategy sessions and work groups to streamline processes for efficiency
- Review configuration change proposals for compliance to established standards, guidelines, and policies
- Provide guidance, assistance, training, and documentation for process solutions
Required Skills
- 3+ years of OnBase Engineering experience
Preferred Skills
- Server experience/On prem experience
- Customer Facing/Customer service experience
- Government/State experience
