Team Guidance & Direction Guides and directs Program Management, Technical Leads, Integration Architect, and QEA Lead — sets technical vision and ensures alignment across all tracks without micromanaging.
N+2 Preparedness Executes with an N+2 self-preparation mindset — always two steps ahead of the current sprint/phase so they can proactively guide the rest of the program team rather than reacting.
Sterling OMS Platform Depth Validate hands-on experience configuring Sterling OMS — not just conceptual knowledge but real configuration decisions and how they impact downstream orchestration, inventory, and fulfillment behavior.
Integration Architecture & Modernization Validate knowledge of microservices architecture, API contract design, event publishing, OMS/SIP integration patterns, and gateway/load balancer configurations — should articulate trade-offs clearly.
Azure Cloud, Kubernetes & DevOps Hands-on knowledge of K8s operators, Custom Resource Definitions, Azure console, Azure CLI for K8s operations, and working with pods — not just architecture diagrams but real operational fluency.
Order Orchestration & Inventory Domain Mastery Test with real scenarios covering EDD calculation, sourcing/scheduling, etc.
Multi-Geography Solution Design Evaluate experience.
Executive Communication & Relationship Management Articulates crisply and with ease to VP/Director-level stakeholders — builds trust through transparency, manages expectations proactively, and maintains strong executive relationships across both client and delivery sides.
