Summary: The Domain Functional Lead (OMS) role focuses on supporting discovery workshops for B2B wholesale unified pricing, promotions, markdowns, and discounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate global discovery workshops with brand, geography, and functional leaders to gather insights.
- Define future-state OMS and UPPMO capabilities with aligned, business-relevant use cases.
- Lead prioritization of use cases based on business value and implementation feasibility.
- Develop RFP-ready deliverables, including requirements, demo scripts, and evaluation criteria.
- Provide informed market perspective on OMS platforms, deployment models, and rollout strategies.
- Serve as an on-call subject matter expert during the client-led vendor evaluation process.
