OFSAA Transaction Monitoring Technology Lead (AML/FCCM)
Summary: The OFSAA Transaction Monitoring Technology Lead is responsible for the technical design, build, and stability of the OFSAA Transaction Monitoring platform, which supports enterprise AML programs. This role requires hands-on leadership in various technical areas, ensuring the platform's resilience, scalability, and compliance. The Tech Lead serves as the primary technical authority, guiding engineering teams and driving architecture decisions while resolving complex production issues. The position also involves overseeing technical enhancements and ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the OFSAA Transaction Monitoring platform.
- Define and enforce technical standards, patterns, and best practices for TM processing.
- Evaluate and drive platform enhancements, performance optimizations, and modernization initiatives.
- Lead hands-on engineering for OFSAA Transaction Monitoring jobs, including ER, TM, reconciliation, and validation.
- Design and maintain AutoSys job flows, dependencies, restartability, and recovery strategies.
- Act as the highest level technical escalation point for OFSAA TM production incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis across OFSAA, ETL/IETL, Oracle DB, file ingestion, and scheduling layers.
- Design permanent fixes for recurring issues, data breaks, and performance bottlenecks.
- Design and oversee technical data quality controls, validations, and reconciliations feeding TM scenarios.
- Lead technical delivery for scenario changes, tuning, threshold updates, and regulatory commitments.
- Provide technical explanations, evidence, and system traceability for audits and reviews.
Key Skills:
- Deep knowledge of OFSAA, FCCM, ETL/IETL, Oracle, and data pipelines.
- Experience in technical architecture and standards enforcement.
- Strong hands-on engineering skills in transaction monitoring jobs.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, performance tuning, and job orchestration.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and design permanent fixes.
- Experience in data quality controls and reconciliation processes.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
