Summary: The OCP Onboarding Analyst / Administrator will play a crucial role in managing onboarding processes and stakeholder coordination within a large-scale financial services program. This fully remote position involves overseeing workload triage, capacity planning, and governance of ServiceNow tickets related to the OpenShift Container Platform. The role requires strong experience in OCP operations and effective stakeholder management. The contract is initially for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee assessments and onboarding for new, uplifted, and decommissioned namespaces on OCP.
- Produce and maintain reports to support platform capacity planning.
- Approve, track, and process namespace provisioning, amendments, and decommissioning requests.
- Author and maintain onboarding workflows, configuration standards, and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth workload placement and adoption.
- Analyse orphaned service accounts and manage their removal in line with governance processes.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with OCP (OpenShift Container Platform) operations and onboarding processes.
- Proven ability to work with ServiceNow (SNOW) for ticket governance.
- Skilled in reporting, documentation, and process governance.

About the Role

This position is fully remote, with flexibility for both onshore and offshore professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Workload Triage & Onboarding – Oversee assessments and onboarding for new, uplifted, and decommissioned namespaces on OCP.
- Capacity & Sizing Reporting – Produce and maintain reports to support platform capacity planning.
