OCM Consultant (SAP Transformation)

Summary: We are looking for an OCM Consultant to lead the people side of change for large-scale SAP transformation programs. The role involves developing and executing OCM strategies, conducting assessments, and supporting training initiatives. The position is remote with potential light travel and is offered as a 9+ month contract. The consultant will be responsible for tracking adoption metrics and managing risks throughout the transformation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead OCM strategy and execution
• Conduct change impact & readiness assessments
• Develop communication and stakeholder engagement plans

Key Skills:

• Experience leading OCM for SAP/ERP projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA preferred)

• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills
