OCM Consultant Oracle Fusion Transformation

IDR is seeking a hands-on Organizational Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion rollout across international business groups. You ll partner with the Change & Process Management Lead to execute training, communications, stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption activities.
This role requires regular alignment with UK working hours. The initial contract is expected to run through April, with potential extension as the transformation continues.
What you ll do
- Build instructor-led training decks, Quick Reference Guides, job aids, and e-learning content.
- Coordinate train-the-trainer sessions and training delivery with super-users and business process owners.
- Create audience-specific communications and manage the change communications calendar.
- Assess readiness across teams, roles, and countries; track training completion and user adoption.
- Identify resistance and adoption risks, recommend actions, and support go-live and hypercare.
What we re looking for
- Hands-on OCM experience through at least one full-lifecycle ERP implementation.
- Experience supporting a complex, multi-country or multi-entity transformation.
- Strong examples of training materials, communications, readiness assessments, and adoption reporting you personally developed.
- Experience with Articulate Rise 360 or a similar e-learning tool.
- Working knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR, or another structured change methodology.
- Ability to work UK hours while supporting stakeholders across time zones.
- Oracle Fusion implementation experience is strongly preferred.
