Minimum Qualification
- A minimum of 5 years of change management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Change Management, Human Resources, Business, Instructional Design or a related field
- Experience with large organizational change efforts
- Experience designing and developing instructional materials
- Experience with managing global / cross-cultural change
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and phases of project lifecycles
- Expert in the use of Microsoft Office products including SharePoint and Copilot
- Experience using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and Camtasia or equivalent software
- Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and modern educational techniques
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Excellent active listening skills
- Change management certification or designation desired
- Familiarity of Learning Management Systems is a plus (Cornerstone OnDemand)
- Additional certification in instructional design is a plus
- Strong instructional design portfolio a plus
