Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement end-to-end ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and consumption.
  • Lead the full o9 implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Develop and optimize IBPL scripts for customization and performance tuning.
  • Configure and customize o9 modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Control Tower.
  • Design robust data integration strategies across diverse systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration with enterprise applications and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Apply advanced data modeling techniques (star schema, snowflake, data vault).
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and data science teams to align solutions with business goals.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to implementation teams.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.

Key Skills:

  • 7-15+ years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years in o9 platform implementation.
  • Strong command of IBPL scripting and o9 platform architecture.
  • Experience with ETL tools (Talend, Informatica, Apache NiFi).
  • Proficiency in Python, Spark, SQL, and data transformation logic.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
