Training & Work Schedule
Fully remote training beginning at 8:00 AM Eastern Time.
Training includes:
3 weeks of virtual classroom instruction.
At least 3 additional weeks of quality audits and monitored production, depending on performance.
Cameras are required to be on during training and team meetings.
After successful completion of training, limited scheduling flexibility may be available; however, an 8:00 AM Eastern Time start is expected during standard business hours.
