Summary: The role of AS-MASH Qualified Social Worker involves joining a structured Adult MASH Team focused on assessments and decision-making without the burden of ongoing case management. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments to determine the most appropriate safeguarding response, ensuring adults at risk receive timely protection.
- Work closely with police, healthcare professionals, and partner agencies to coordinate interventions, creating a collaborative safeguarding approach.
- Provide expert safeguarding advice in strategy discussions, influencing critical decisions that enhance adult protection.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and policies, maintaining professional standards and delivering best practice in safeguarding.
- Record and analyse key information, contributing to intelligence-led decision-making.

- A Qualified Social Worker (BA/MA, DipSW, or equivalent).
