Summary: We are looking for a Tech Lead with extensive experience in Node.js and API development to join our agile team. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications and RESTful APIs while contributing to cloud-native architecture. This role involves collaboration with DevOps and mentoring junior developers to ensure high-quality code and efficient deployment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in full-stack development and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js (Express/NestJS).
  • Build responsive, high-performance frontends with React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) to deploy, monitor, and manage applications.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to enable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
  • Participate in system architecture discussions and design reviews.
  • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express/NestJS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Deep experience in React.js, Redux, Hooks, and SPA architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure).
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other NoSQL/SQL databases.
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Terraform, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
