Network Test Automation Engineer (Python/PyATS)

Summary: The Network Test Automation Engineer role focuses on automating network code and platform certification processes, specifically for IOSXE, IOS, and NXOS platforms. The position requires extensive experience in network engineering and proficiency in automation tools and programming languages. This is a W2 only role, emphasizing the need for candidates with a strong background in network performance testing and automation. Key Responsibilities:

• Expert Network Engineering Experience in R&S
• Export IXIA performance testing with Ixia IxNetwork and/or IxLoad
• Experience with Cisco CML and/or EveNG
• Automation of device hardware/software certification through API integration with proficiency in:
• Python
• Ansible
• robot framework
• Automate network lab setup and control
• Develop testbed and topology standards (physical & virtual)
• Automate management of virtual endpoint and topologies
• Convert manual test plans into automated certification pipelines

Key Skills:

• Network engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with Ansible
• Familiarity with robot framework
• Experience with IXIA performance testing tools
• Knowledge of Cisco CML and/or EveNG
