Key Responsibilities:
- Support network migration and re-IP initiatives across distributed environments
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN and telecommunications infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues escalated from Level 1 support
- Install, configure, patch, and maintain network and telecom equipment
- Ensure network availability, uptime, and infrastructure health
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams on network upgrades, implementations, and migrations
- Provide technical support and guidance to users and IT teams
- Maintain network documentation and operational procedures

- 7+ years of LAN/WAN networking experience
