Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in telecom OSS, network inventory management, provisioning, and service assurance.
- Support telecom network planning and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Utilize platforms such as NetCracker, OSPInsight, and Cisco NSO for service delivery applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective service lifecycle management.
- Analyze and troubleshoot network operations and OSS/BSS integrations.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Telecom OSS or network operations.
