Summary: The role of Network Engineer / Network Engineering Specialist with AI focuses on supporting and modernizing large-scale cloud and network infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with hyperscaler cloud platforms and hypernet infrastructure, specifically in migrating enterprise networking to scalable cloud-native architectures. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing secure network solutions, particularly using Azure/Microsoft technologies and AI-driven operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade network infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Support migration from HyperNet Infrastructure to Hyperscaler Infrastructure.
  • Configure and manage Load Balancers, NAT Gateways, Private Endpoints, DNS Services, Firewalls, Network Security Policies, and VPNs/ExpressRoute/Direct Connect.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and secure connectivity between on-prem and cloud environments.
  • Work extensively on Microsoft Azure networking services including Azure Virtual Networks (VNet), Azure Firewall, Azure Load Balancer, Application Gateway, Azure DNS, NSG, Azure Private Link, and ExpressRoute.
  • Experience with other hyperscalers.
  • Build and maintain multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud networking architectures.
  • Implement AI-assisted monitoring and predictive analytics for network operations.
  • Work with AI/ML-based tools for network anomaly detection, traffic optimization, predictive failure analysis, and intelligent alerting.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Python.
  • Integrate AI-enabled operational tools for proactive network management.
  • Implement enterprise network security standards and best practices.
  • Configure and maintain Firewalls, WAF policies, Zero Trust networking, and identity-aware access controls.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Lead or support migration projects from traditional network environments to cloud-native architectures.
  • Assess existing HyperNet infrastructure and design migration strategies toward hyperscaler platforms.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, latency, and security issues during migration activities.
  • Demonstrate core networking skills including TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN Technologies, SD-WAN concepts, and network segmentation and security.
  • Show expertise in Microsoft Azure networking services, hybrid cloud connectivity, cloud-native security architecture, and load balancing and traffic management.
  • Utilize automation and AI skills including Python scripting, PowerShell, Terraform, and AI Ops tools.

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience with Hyperscaler cloud platforms and HyperNet infrastructure.
