  • Strong L2/L3 networking + security design fundamentals; expert protocol knowledge

  • PaloAlto Networks firewall configuration/monitoring (preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Network Engineer. Join an Infrastructure Services team supporting the enterprise network behind life-saving medical technology used worldwide to diagnose and treat serious cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions.

Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, test, and document LAN/WAN/network equipment and systems
* Monitor day-to-day network performance to ensure reliability/availability with minimal interruption
* Troubleshoot incidents, resolve tickets/work orders, and serve as an escalation point for network issues

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
