Network engineer

Summary: The Network Data role focuses on managing and troubleshooting network configurations, particularly in a remote capacity. The position requires expertise in various networking protocols and technologies, including BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, and HPE Aruba and Juniper systems. The candidate will also be responsible for attending project meetings and ensuring effective connectivity between upstream and server systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Good working knowledge of routing BGP, EIGRP, OSPF
• Good working knowledge of Switching, STP, RSTP, Port Security, DHCP
• Good working knowledge of Wireless
• Understand DATA Center technology and troubleshoot effectively
• HPE Aruba and Juniper networking skills are essential
• Knowledge of EVPN-VXLAN underlay/overlay network or HPC environment
• Build network configurations for L2/L3 connections
• Troubleshoot network connectivity between upstream and server
• CryoEM HPE high performance systems management
• IP management
• Attend key project meetings
