Summary: The Network Integration Engineer role requires active SC clearance and focuses on gathering network integration requirements, facilitating technical workshops, and supporting the deployment of WAN and SD-WAN solutions. The position is fully remote and offers a day rate of £250, classified as outside IR35. The contract is for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to gather network integration requirements and support solution definition activities.
- Facilitate technical workshops and meetings to capture customer requirements and provide implementation guidance.
- Assist customers with the completion and validation of service order documentation.
- Produce and maintain Site Specific Design (SSD) documents and associated technical documentation.
- Support the deployment and integration of WAN and SD-WAN solutions, working collaboratively with internal and customer teams.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of WAN technologies, including IP addressing, routing protocols, and network fundamentals.
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies, with exposure to Fortinet solutions preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong documentation skills and experience producing clear, accurate technical design documents.
