Key Responsibilities:

  • Incident Management: Act as the last line of defence for troubleshooting complex network issues across more than 300 sites.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with site IT teams, SRE teams, and end users across various regions, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Collaboration: Engage in Real Time incident resolution via Microsoft Teams chats, managing multiple open tickets and maintaining clear communication throughout.
  • Technical Leadership: Own and resolve issues related to connectivity, network slowness, high utilisation, and general performance degradation.

Key Skills:

  • Troubleshooting Expertise: Proven experience in large enterprise environments, with a strong ability to diagnose and resolve advanced network issues.
  • Communication & Organisation: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations and tickets simultaneously via Teams.
  • Routing & Switching: Strong hands-on experience with Cisco technologies.
  • Firewall Management: Proficiency with Palo Alto Firewalls.
  • Cloud Networking: Familiarity with Azure networking and Cisco ACI.

Job Title: Network Engineer

Job Description

This position plays a critical role in supporting network-related incidents across all office and warehouse locations throughout Europe (300+ sites). The engineer will be responsible for handling escalated incidents - from 2nd to 4th line - ensuring swift and effective resolution. The engineer will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including site IT teams, end users, and managers, often in high pressure situations where users are urgently seeking assistance.
