Key Responsibilities:
- Build and configure Ethernet Wireline (epipe/pseudowire) services across a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Perform transmission testing of newly installed 100Mb, 1Gb, and 10Gb Ethernet access bearers.
- Provide remote technical support to field engineers with the installation of ADTRAN (ADVA) managed Network Termination Equipment (NTEs).
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of Layer 2 networking protocols, including Ethernet, VLAN, MPLS, and Pseudowire.
- Hands-on experience with Epipe/EWL service configuration.
- Familiarity with ADTRAN/ADVA NTE devices.
- Experience with Nokia-Alcatel Routers, such as the 7750 and 7450 models.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Active SC Clearance is required for this role.
