Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure and support Palo Alto firewalls (policy management, VPNs, security profiles)
  • Deploy and manage Cisco Meraki (switching, wireless, SD-WAN)
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and security incidents
  • Implement network changes in line with strict change control processes
  • Support audits and compliance within a security cleared environment
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation

Key Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls
  • Proven experience with Cisco Meraki infrastructure
  • Experience working within a security cleared or highly regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based change and incident management processes
  • Active Security Clearance (SC) or enhanced clearance (or eligibility) - desirable
  • Experience within public sector, defence, or government environments - desirable

Chapman Tate Associates is working with a highly respected client operating within a secure environment to recruit an experienced Network Engineer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong network engineer with proven experience across Palo Alto and Cisco Meraki technologies, who understands the standards and operational requirements of working within a security cleared setting.

The Role

You will be responsible for the design, support, and optimisation of secure network infrastructure across enterprise environments. Working within a regulated and security-conscious setting, you’ll ensure resilience, performance, and compliance across all networking components.
