Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure and support Palo Alto firewalls (policy management, VPNs, security profiles)
- Deploy and manage Cisco Meraki (switching, wireless, SD-WAN)
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and security incidents
- Implement network changes in line with strict change control processes
- Support audits and compliance within a security cleared environment
- Produce and maintain technical documentation
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls
- Proven experience with Cisco Meraki infrastructure
- Experience working within a security cleared or highly regulated environment
- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices
- Familiarity with ITIL-based change and incident management processes
- Active Security Clearance (SC) or enhanced clearance (or eligibility) - desirable
