Summary: We are seeking a skilled mid-level Network Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to support enterprise network operations. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong expertise in routing & switching and network security, along with a working knowledge of wireless technologies. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently troubleshooting, designing, and implementing network solutions with minimal ramp-up time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine user requirements and develop network design specifications.
- Design, implement, and support network infrastructure, including upgrades and enhancements.
- Configure and manage network routing and switching environments.
- Support and maintain network security solutions, including firewalls and secure access controls.
- Monitor network performance and adjust capacity to meet business demands.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring optimal uptime and reliability.
- Coordinate network operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., architects, business stakeholders) to align network solutions with organizational needs.
- Develop and implement solutions for network-related problems with minimal supervision.
