Key Responsibilities:

My client is an instantly recognisable organisation who require a Network Architect with broad experience across Multi-Cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP), SD-WAN, VPN, LAN/WAN, Network Monitoring, Network Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network Architect in a large, complex organisation
- Demonstrable experience in the Energy / Utilities sector(s)
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Networking technologies (routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, and wireless networks)
- Proven experience with hybrid and multi-cloud networking (Azure Virtual WAN / AWS Transit Gateway / GCP networking)
- Excellent knowledge of SD-WAN solutions, VPN technologies
- Familiarity with secure access services (ZTNA / SASE)
- Proficiency with Network Monitoring and diagnostic tools (SolarWinds, Wireshark, NetFlow, SNMP etc)
- Strong experience in Network Automation, Scripting, and Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible, Terraform, Python)
- Awareness of Cyber Security principles and secure network architecture best practices (NIST, ISO27001, IEC 62443)
- Familiarity with ITIL (service management) processes and Agile/DevOps ways of working
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with the capability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- Degree Educated in Computer Science / Networking / Engineering or a related technical field
- Professional certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, Azure/AWS Network Specialist, or equivalent
