Summary: We are looking for an experienced Network Architect to lead architectural initiatives for the TMRF program, focusing on critical areas such as Core Networks, Network Functions, and Endpoint Connectivity. The role involves providing architectural guidance, conducting design workshops, and delivering network architecture artifacts. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration and support long-term operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide architectural guidance and solution design across DDI (Core Networks), Network Functions, and Endpoint Connectivity.
- Lead design and solution workshops with stakeholders across the UK, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Deliver network architecture artifacts, including high-level and low-level designs.
- Define and validate test cases for new builds, upgrades, and platform retirements.
- Provide high-level oversight for Contact Centre and IVR systems, Call Recording deployment, and Load Balancer architecture.
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams for seamless build, config, and testing phases.
- Ensure architecture decisions meet TMRF resilience and metal uplift goals.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer for long-term supportability.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in network architecture and design.
- Strong knowledge of Core Networks, Security Platforms, and Endpoint Connectivity.
- Proficiency in delivering high-level and low-level network designs.
- Experience leading workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to define and validate test cases for network systems.
- Strong documentation and knowledge transfer skills.
