Network Analyst

Summary: The Network Analyst position involves providing remote network support services primarily to facilities in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. The role includes level 2/3 helpdesk support, small project LAN design, and assisting regional facilities with requests. The successful candidate will report to the EAME Network services supervisor based in the UK and will receive training as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide level 2/3 Network helpdesk support to EAME based facilities.
• Assist with small project LAN design.
• Support regional facilities with request fulfilment and advice.
• Perform incident and project support for LAN/WLAN/WAN services.
• Document network configurations and support activities.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience with Cisco network technologies.
• Cisco CCNA qualification.
• Familiarity with Cisco IOS upgrade and WLC controller configuration.
• Experience with Cisco Router and Switch configuration.
• Understanding of firewall designs and related technologies (DNS, DHCP).
• Fault finding skills and good documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of ticketing software (Remedy/Peregrine).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Putty, and other network tools.
