NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and analyze business requirements across finance, accounting, billing, and revenue recognition processes.
• Configure and support NetSuite modules, with a primary focus on Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
• Design and implement revenue recognition rules, revenue arrangements, plans, and related accounting workflows.
• Translate functional requirements into NetSuite configurations, custom records, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues related to ARM, transactions, reporting, period close, and financial processes.
• Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, workflows, and role-based access.
• Collaborate with business users, finance teams, developers, and integration teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, test scripts, deployment plans, and user training materials.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience working as a NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Deep functional and configuration experience with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
• Good understanding of revenue recognition, billing, accounting, general ledger, and financial close processes.
• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and custom records.
• Ability to understand technical integrations using SuiteTalk REST or SOAP web services.
• Experience gathering requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, configuring solutions, testing, and supporting deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with NetSuite OneWorld, multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and intercompany processes.
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, SuiteBilling, or financial reporting.
• Experience with third-party integrations and data migration.
• NetSuite certifications.
