Summary: The NetSuite Systems Analyst role involves taking ownership of the technical health and evolution of the NetSuite environment for an initial 9-month contract. The position focuses on analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions, primarily in a back-end capacity. The analyst will be responsible for system design, implementation, quality assurance, and maintaining technical documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business requirements and system issues to determine optimal technical solutions
- Design and implement NetSuite configurations and customisations (Workflows, Forms, Custom Records, etc.)
- Deploy fixes and enhancements into production in line with change management processes
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure reliability and alignment with business needs
- Collaborate with the NetSuite delivery team to understand architectural decisions and avoid conflicts with updates or patches
- Maintain detailed documentation of system changes, configurations, and customisations
- Work closely with delivery and support teams to ensure documentation aligns with training materials
Key Skills:
- Strong technical expertise in NetSuite (Workflows, Forms, Custom Records, Permissions, Advanced PDF)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in impact analysis
- Experience producing clear and detailed technical documentation
- SuiteScript knowledge is highly desirable

The Role
As a NetSuite Systems Analyst, you will take ownership of the technical health and ongoing evolution of the NetSuite environment. This is a predominantly back-end focused position , where you will analyse complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality technical solutions. You will be instrumental in designing, building, testing, and deploying system improvements, ensuring the platform remains robust, efficient, and aligned with the wider technical roadmap.
