Summary: The NetSuite Systems Analyst role involves taking ownership of the technical health and evolution of the NetSuite environment, focusing on back-end solutions. The position requires analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions, while also ensuring system improvements are designed, built, tested, and deployed effectively. This role is crucial for maintaining a robust and efficient business platform. The contract is for an initial duration of 9 months and is remote-based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business requirements and system issues to determine optimal technical solutions
- Design and implement NetSuite configurations and customisations (Workflows, Forms, Custom Records, etc.)
- Deploy fixes and enhancements into production in line with change management processes
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure reliability and alignment with business needs
- Collaborate with the NetSuite delivery team to understand architectural decisions and avoid conflicts with updates or patches
- Maintain detailed documentation of system changes, configurations, and customisations
- Work closely with delivery and support teams to ensure documentation aligns with training materials
Key Skills:
- Strong technical expertise in NetSuite (Workflows, Forms, Custom Records, Permissions, Advanced PDF)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in impact analysis
- Experience producing clear and detailed technical documentation
- SuiteScript knowledge is highly desirable

The Role
As a NetSuite Systems Analyst, you will take ownership of the technical health and ongoing evolution of the NetSuite environment. This is a predominantly back-end focused position, where you will analyse complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
You will be instrumental in designing, building, testing, and deploying system improvements, ensuring the platform remains robust, efficient, and aligned with the wider technical roadmap.
