Netsuite Hands-on Architect
Santa Clara, CA / Remote

Netsuite Job Description:

Looking for a NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant/Architect with prior hands-on experience across the NetSuite ecosystem, including NetSuite s out-of-the-box features, functionality, transaction flows, core concepts, integration channels, and ancillary applications.

This role also requires someone who can provide day-to-day L3/L4 support, troubleshoot and debug transaction flow issues, identify errors coming from existing scripts and workflows, advise on mitigation options, and work closely with AMS and development teams to resolve issues. The consultant should also be able to assess the system-wide impact of enhancements and project requests coming from upstream and downstream applications.

In addition, as a senior SME working with our offshore/onshore team to clarify business requirements, translate business concepts into feasible NetSuite technical solutions, and ensure those solutions fit into the existing scripts, integrations, workflows, and customizations. Reviewing and validating changes made by developers will also be an important part of the role.

At Pure, NetSuite has been in use for more than 12 years, with 10+ complex integrations, custom logics, and automations. Based on my assessment and the basic NetSuite support-related questions I asked Michael, I feel we need someone with hands-on NetSuite experience in similar NetSuite ecosystem for this role.

Please share if you have any profiles of consultants who have practical experience supporting and enhancing similar NetSuite environments.

Thanks & Regards,
Pankaj Singh - Team Lead
