Summary: The role of NetSuite Consultant involves providing functional expertise and hands-on system administration for a growing organization on a 4–6 month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary NetSuite SME across the business
  • Managing day-to-day administration, including users, roles, permissions, and system configuration
  • Gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into effective NetSuite solutions
  • Supporting and improving workflows, saved searches, and reports
  • Assisting with system enhancements and ongoing optimisation
  • Supporting integrations and liaising with third-party providers where required
  • Helping drive process improvements across finance and operational functions
  • Providing user support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training where needed

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Consultant, Administrator, or hybrid role
  • Minimum 3 years NetSuite experience preferably involved in an implementation project
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, workflows, and reporting
  • Experience working closely with stakeholders to gather and deliver requirements
  • Strong finance knowledge/background
  • Desirable: Experience with WMS, Inventory, ZAB, Project Management modules
  • Hands on integration experience

We’re supporting a growing organisation in their search for a NetSuite Consultant / Administrator to join them on an initial 4–6 month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who blends functional expertise with hands-on system administration and enjoys working across both business and technical teams. Offering a salary of £75,000 (pro rata) and fully remote working within the UK, this is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment. You’ll act as the bridge between business users and the NetSuite platform, ensuring the system is optimised, maintained, and aligned with operational needs whilst ensuring the users are trained and the business is getting the most out of their system.
