- 6+ years of NetSuite administration and production support experience.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve support issues.
- Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
- Strong experience with multi-subsidiary and multi-currency environments.
- Hands-on configuration experience with workflows, saved searches, reports, CSV imports, user roles, permissions, and approvals.
- Experience with several of the following: Inventory, Procurement, Fixed Assets, ARM, and Lease Accounting.
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders and understand business processes.
- Experience supporting month-end and quarter-end close.
- Ability to support minor enhancements, UAT, and NetSuite-connected systems.
- Manufacturing, data center, hardware, supply chain, or inventory-intensive industry experience.
