Summary: The NetSuite Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing NetSuite solutions tailored to client needs within the business services industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing the current NetSuite environment and defining a prioritised roadmap of enhancements and fixes
- Providing clear architectural recommendations and solution designs aligned to business needs
- Leading end-to-end change delivery, including requirements gathering, build, testing, UAT, and release
- Establishing robust change control, documentation, and release management processes
- Supporting system upgrades and ensuring alignment to best practice
- Aligning platform design with disaster recovery and business continuity requirements
- Reviewing and optimising subscription and usage billing processes (ZoneBilling), improving accuracy and automation
- Strengthening governance across roles, permissions, and data access, supporting audit and compliance requirements
- Engaging with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide delivery updates
Key Skills:
- Strong NetSuite architecture and delivery experience within complex environments
- Deep understanding of SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, integrations, and system controls
- Proven experience working with ZoneBilling
- A track record of leading change delivery within governance-led or audit-focused environments
