Summary: The NetSuite Administrator role is a 12-month fixed-term contract focused on providing critical support and development for Oracle NetSuite and other cloud-based business platforms. The position requires managing the full product life cycle for finance and ERP systems, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to enhance platform functionality and compliance. Strong experience with finance/ERP/CRM platforms, particularly NetSuite, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support and administration for Oracle Netsuite
- Manage the full product life cycle for finance and ERP platforms, including system configuration, issue resolution and user support
- Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure smooth operation and development of the Netsuite environment
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives across platforms
- Support documentation, testing, and risk management related to the platforms
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies and processes
Key Skills:
- Significant experience working with and improving finance/ERP/CRM platforms, with strong NetSuite knowledge
- Hands-on skills in advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerApps, and automation tools
- Functional understanding of application security best practices
- Proven experience supporting stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a structured and service-driven environment
