Summary: The .NET Web Developer II role is a remote position focused on developing web and client-server applications for a premier client of V-Soft Consulting. Candidates are expected to have extensive experience in application development, particularly in government, insurance, and case management sectors. The role requires proficiency in ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, and various development tools and methodologies. Additional experience with cloud technologies is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop web and client-server applications, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support.
- Work on online transaction processing (OLTP) web application development and batch processing.
- Utilize ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, and Object Oriented Design in development tasks.
- Employ Visual Studio.NET, Jira, GitHub, MVC, and MVVM design patterns in projects.
Key Skills:
- 6 years of web and client-server application development experience.
- 3 years of experience in government, insurance, accounting, or case management.
- 3 years of experience in OLTP web application development and batch processing.
- 3-5 years of experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, and Object Oriented Design.
