Summary: The role of Sr. .NET Full Stack Developer involves managing the technical implementation of large-scale enterprise applications, requiring extensive experience in .NET technologies and full-stack development. The position is remote and focuses on coordinating development tasks, analyzing project requirements, and overseeing deployment processes. The developer will also be responsible for creating technical documentation and guiding junior developers. Strong communication skills and experience with government or education sector clients are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience as a full-stack developer and managing the technical implementation of large-scale enterprise application development.
- Coordinate/prepare report status on development tasks: design, unit test, code, source control.
- Analyze project requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Collaborate with project management on building and updating the project plan.
- Write technical specifications/documentation.
- Oversee deployment and release processes for the project.
- Troubleshoot application issues and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
- Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
- Completes code reviews and guides, junior developers, as needed.
- Oversee the creation and quality of the following deliverables: System Design, Project Plan, Task assignments, Attend Client meetings as needed.
Key Skills:
- 13+ years experience in technical implementation of large-scale enterprise application development.
- 13+ years of experience as a full-stack developer with strong knowledge of the .Net platform.
- Familiarity with SQL and Oracle databases.
- Integration and data migration experience.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present at technical and management levels.
