Key Responsibilities:

• Develop software and form components, recommending database schema changes to adhere to RRC and industry standards.
• Perform technical analysis on existing defects or proposed enhancements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with project teams for sprint/release work, providing development estimates and resolving defects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including process flows, project plans, and test plans.
• Ensure online form applications are developed, unit tested, and delivered error-free.

Key Skills:

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in computer science or related field.
• At least eight years of experience in software development using .NET with C#.
• Experience in .NET core development and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Ability to lead a team and guide junior developers.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Telerik/Kendo UI, JSON, Swagger, and iText.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
