- Analyses requirements for software programs or application enhancements
- Creates detailed programming specifications

- Supports and maintains software programs, components, or applications in a production environment
- Creates and maintains documentation
- Provides input and advice to others in designing or programming best practices
Key Skills:

- Proficient in C# .NET language, MS SQL Server, XML, XSLT, Visual Studio
- Experience in Duck Creek Field Engineering
- Experience using Git with Visual Studio

- Excellent communication skills - listening, verbal and written
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with others to establish common goals
- Experience in Commercial Lines Insurance business
- Experience with Agile, LEAN and SCRUM preferred
- Experience with FlagR

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum four years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
