Summary: The .NET Developer role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining .NET-based applications and APIs that support healthcare interoperability. The position requires strong technical skills in C#, .NET Core, and FHIR implementations, along with a solid understanding of healthcare workflows. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain . NET-based applications and APIs supporting healthcare interoperability.
  • Implement and manage FHIR R4/R5 resources for clinical and administrative data exchange.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs for integration with EHRs and external healthcare systems.
  • Work with HL7 standards (FHIR, HL7 v2) and healthcare data formats (JSON, XML).
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security, and data privacy requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
  • Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical documentation.

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API.
  • Hands-on experience with FHIR implementations (R4 preferred).
  • Solid understanding of FHIR resources (Patient, Encounter, Observation, Practitioner, Condition, etc.).
  • Experience with RESTful services, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases.

  • Familiarity with Azure / AWS cloud services.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
