Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced .

NET Core Developer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .

NET Core, SQL Server, REST APIs, and background processing, including console applications, batch jobs, and scheduled processes.

Experience with Conduent applications or other US-based HIPAA-compliant healthcare systems is highly preferred. Candidates with healthcare EDI programming experience, particularly with HIPAA transactions such as 834, 835, and 837, will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using C# and .NET Core.
  • Develop and support background processes, console applications, batch jobs, and scheduled workflows.
  • Work extensively with SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs and web services.
  • Support and enhance existing US healthcare applications.
  • Ensure applications follow HIPAA, data privacy, and security requirements.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and application support activities.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA, product teams, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Manage multiple priorities while meeting project deadlines and production-support commitments.

Required Skills

  • 5–7 years of professional experience in C# and .NET Core development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET and C#.
  • Experience developing background processes, console applications, batch jobs, schedulers, and automation workflows.
  • Strong SQL Server experience, including:
  • T-SQL
  • Stored Procedures
  • Query Optimization
  • Performance Tuning
  • Experience developing and integrating REST APIs / Web Services.
  • Experience working with US healthcare applications.
  • Experience with HIPAA-compliant systems and healthcare data.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with Conduent applications.
  • Experience as an EDI Programmer within the healthcare domain.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA EDI transactions, including:
  • 834 – Benefit Enrollment
  • 835 – Healthcare Claim Payment/Remittance
  • 837 – Healthcare Claim
  • Experience with job scheduling tools such as JAMS or Control-M.
  • Experience with file processing, batch processing, and automation workflows.
  • Exposure to Azure and cloud technologies.
  • Experience supporting high-volume healthcare data processing environments.

Soft Skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when working with healthcare and compliance-sensitive data.
