Required Skills
- Strong .NET / C# architecture and development experience
- MQTT and gRPC
- Strong understanding of .NET Thread Pooling, concurrency, and performance optimization
- SQL databases and database architecture
- Microservices and distributed systems
- Experience designing scalable, high-performance applications
- Strong product engineering background — candidates should have built software products, not primarily worked on enterprise implementations
- Hands-on experience with architecture, technical design, code reviews, and engineering best practices
