  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification;
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience, or working with a Project Management Office;
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience managing projects in accordance with the Project Management Institute (PMI s) standards as presented in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide);
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of working experience with IT;
  • A minimum of three (3) years of IT strategy and planning experience;
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing application development projects; Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and user staff;
