Need PCDC Certified Pega Decision Engineer/ CDH Developer with strong Banking experience :: 100% Remote

Job Description

Pega Decision Engineer/ CDH Developer is responsible for working on and has experience with Customer Decision Hub, Next-Best-Action design, adaptive and predictive analytics, decision strategies, real-time customer interactions, and Pega platform development.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, required
• 3 - 4 years Development experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), especially supporting Inbound Decisioning.
• Solid experience working with NBA Designer to create propositions and other NBA artifacts in CDH.
• Good understanding of the Peg CDH NBA Framework Strategies and extension points.
• Understanding of SQL querying, relational DB structures, data mapping, json format, and real-time decisioning.
• Ability to troubleshoot CDH application development issues across components including, NBA artifacts/ REST APIs/ Strategy FW/ Data Model, etc.
• Ability to create required project documentation (design changes, code changes, unit testing, jira status updates, etc.)
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, Object-Oriented programming, and Agile methodology.
• Excellent interpersonnel skills and team player.
• Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC).

Desired Skills

• Experience with configuring/tuning adaptive models and measuring performance.
• Experience working with Pega 1:1 Ops Manager.
• Experience configuring Customer Journeys in CDH.
• Experience on / Knowledge of the newest features introduced in Pega CDH with Pega infinity v 25/26.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and self-driven with excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple concurrent assignments.
