Summary: The role of OneStream Admin/Developer involves managing and optimizing the OneStream platform for financial consolidation and account reconciliations. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary administrator of the internal OneStream instance, supporting workflows for Corporate Accounting, External Reporting and FP&A.
- Maintain system metadata in accordance with change management policies.
- Coordinate and execute system upgrades.
- Communicate changes and release notes to accounting and finance users.
- Provision users, manage security settings, and perform regular security reviews to ensure appropriate system access.
- Develop and maintain documentation for key processes and controls supporting OneStream cubes.
- Troubleshoot end-user issues with documentation and root cause analysis.
- Support training for the OneStream user community.
- Create, maintain, and update financial reports, forms, and dashboards to enhance usability for end users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and implement.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of proven experience in financial systems administration/implementation.
- Experience working in OneStream, Hyperion, and/or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
- Proven experience in reporting implementation for multinational business.
- Proven experience of system self-learning VBA, .Net or SQL coding.
