Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements mapping and provide functional guidance for Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking.
• Support solution architecture, design, configuration strategy, and implementation rollout.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to define scalable Workday solutions.
• Provide best practice recommendations and support testing, validation, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking modules.
• Experience with Workday implementations, global rollouts, and functional design.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Workday Payroll module experience.
