Job Description:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of data or project analyst experience in a related field (media, entertainment, business development or streaming services industry experience a plus)
- Knowledge of DEI campaigns and platforms required
- Understanding of technical components required to support business processes, including effort estimates and resource oversight experience
- Experience planning and implementing changes to existing process and live productive applications
- Practical experience with application of software development life cycle with industry standard best practice methodologies
- Experience and knowledge of data security and best practices with SSO solutions
- Experience with cloud technology such as AWS and Azure
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Experience with ERP and SaaS software
- Prior experience in Business Process Re-engineering efforts referred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to prepare all documents, presentations, graphs, briefings, and worksheets required
- Familiarity with streaming and similar products/services a plus
