Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry to lead SAP integration projects. This fully remote position is a 9-month contract that requires overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, and compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP integration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the business and the technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and addressing project challenges effectively.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to industry-specific regulations and best practices within the pharmaceutical sector (eg, GxP, FDA regulations, etc.).
• Monitor and report on project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure the integration of SAP with other business systems, including supply chain, manufacturing, and quality management systems, adhering to best practices and compliance standards.
• Manage and resolve any issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and outcomes.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager with a focus on system integration projects.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and compliance standards.
• Experience with SAP modules (such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, etc.) and integration with other business systems.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (eg, Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects in a regulated environment.
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in managing projects related to manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain processes in a pharmaceutical setting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on project outcomes.
