Key Responsibilities:
- Author realistic prompts spanning music theory, composition, genre analysis, lyrical interpretation, performance technique, and music history
- Review and refine AI-generated responses for theoretical accuracy, stylistic nuance, cultural authenticity, and clarity
- Write high-quality “gold standard” responses for complex musical analysis or interpretive questions
- Create controlled prompt variations testing genre differences, instrumentation, harmonic structure, rhythmic patterns, cultural context, and historical periods
- Evaluate outputs across tones (technical, analytical, instructional, conversational)
- Identify model failure cases such as incorrect theory application, genre misclassification, shallow analysis, or culturally inaccurate representations

- Active participation in music discourse within at least one of the specified language ecosystems

Role Overview
We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients collaborating with a leading AI research organization on a large-scale AI training initiative focused on improving musical analysis, theory application, and culturally grounded interpretation in advanced language models. We are seeking experienced Music Experts to create and evaluate high-quality music-related prompts and responses. This is a multilingual opportunity. We are specifically seeking experts who are fluent and deeply engaged in one or more of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
Important: This role is not about translation ability alone. Candidates must have sustained, hands-on engagement with music within their linguistic and cultural ecosystem including familiarity with:
- Regional and traditional genres
- Music theory terminology and compositional frameworks
- Performance traditions and instrumentation
- Contemporary music scenes and production styles
- Culturally specific musical forms and conventions
This role is ideal for musicians, composers, producers, music critics, educators, arrangers, or dedicated enthusiasts actively participating in music communities within their language environment.
